Andrew Baird

After graduating Colorado College, Andrew worked for DaVita Heathcare Partners, starting in their renowned Redwoods Leadership Development program as an operational analyst, then moving to the payor contracting team as a financial analyst in Los Angeles, CA.

While in Los Angeles, Andrew joined production company Armory Films and was involved with numerous high-budget productions, including Oscar nominated Mudbound and the critically successful The Peanut Butter Falcon. From there Andrew moved to Darklight Entertainment, traveling world-wide for features in India, Wales, and throughout the United States. Andrew led multiple productions, from development thru physical and post production to see projects to completion. He has been responsible for creating budgets, schedules, sourcing and hiring vendors and locations, and negotiating deals with cast and crew.

Andrew holds an MBA from University of Denver and is excited for his next chapter of working with Forte to strengthen ties within the Denver community and bring his experiences creating streamlined, efficient processes into the CRE world. Andrew grew up in Littleton, CO and when not working can be found on an outdoor adventure with his dog.
