DENVER, COLO. — Tues, Aug. 1, 2023 — Forte Commercial Real Estate today announced the appointment of Andrew Baird to co-lead the re-launch of the company’s Manufacturing Practice and the expansion of the Arts Nonprofit and Creative Industries Sector Practices. Forte CRE is a Denver-based corporate and nonprofit advisory firm that supports client real estate needs through a mission-centric and sector-focused approach.

Andrew’s diverse background began at DaVita Healthcare Partners’ renowned Redwoods Leadership Development program as an operational analyst and then moving to the payor contracting team as a financial analyst in Los Angeles, CA. While in Los Angeles, Andrew was involved with the production of many high-budget and high-profile productions with Armory Films, as well as produced several independent feature films throughout the US and abroad. In June 2023, Andrew completed his MBA with the University of Denver.
