Prior to joining Forte Commercial Real Estate, Patrice operated her own independent firm, she was a broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate and prior to that was a broker for Dunton Commercial Real Estate. Her experience extends to office, industrial and retail spaces.
An Ohio native, Patrice lived in Santa Barbara, San Francisco and Seattle before settling in Littleton 20 years ago. Patrice manages commercial real estate investments for a small family foundation created by her grandfather. Before she entered the commercial real estate as a career, she served in various advertising management roles for publications including the New York Times and various sports publications.
For Patrice, charitable causes are a priority and include national and local entities in health and human services, disability services, cancer research, lung cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer organizations and animal/lab rescue organizations among others.
Outside of work, Patrice likes to hike, swim, snowshoe and travel. She lives in Littleton, is married, has three grown children and rescue dogs named Lincoln and Candy.
Her clients included Training adults with Disabilities group office space and training centers, Cross Fit, Insurance, Art Education. Past clients include Animal Hospital building purchase, Winery Franchise lease, Yogurt Franchise lease, Denver Optometry lease. Listing experience includes King Soopers anchored Lochwood Center, Lakewood Office Building, Bowles Avenue Market Place, and a mix of Office Condos and Industrial Flex Buildings.
