We represent businesses that occupy real estate – usually office space, industrial space, or both. Sometimes that means helping them lease or buy a property. Sometimes that means building a new facility from the ground up. Sometimes it means innovative combinations, such as a sale/leaseback. It all depends on what works best for you. When we say that we’re client focused, it means we work for you, not the transaction. In other words, we prefer long-time clients over one-time deals. We take the time to do things the right way the first time. That probably means we work harder than a typical firm, but that’s the way we like it.
