Maren Simons Bio
Maren Simons is an advisor at Forte Commercial Real Estate. She joined the company in
2015 to co-lead Forte’s Non-Profit and Social Enterprise practice.
Maren’s real estate experience includes work for the Staubach Company in Boca Raton, Florida, and the Denver residential market. Her previous career was in the dental field, where she served as a lead hygienist at a top dental office.
Maren believes the keys to superior client service and advocacy are active and focused listening and an abiding commitment to ensuring the client remains the top priority. In the community, she is an advocate for animal welfare and homeless women and children. Maren has served on the board of Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue and participated in Leadership Arts. Maren also founded and managed a drive to provide dental hygiene product donations to The Gathering Place (Denver’s only daytime drop- in center for women, children, and transgender individuals who are experiencing poverty or homelessness). She also volunteers at the Humane Society.
Maren received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in graphic design and photography from Florida Atlantic University, and she has an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.
Like many East Coast transplants, she fell in love with Colorado during a visit. Maren currently resides in Denver’s DU neighborhood. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, swimming, snowboarding, white water rafting, hiking, sewing, and spending time with her husband.
